Peace Treaty Initiative
PURPOSE
Before a Peace Treaty between North Korea and the United States can be signed officially ending the Korean War there must be a full accounting of the lIve POWs that were not released during Operation Big Switch. It must be resolved that no American POW/MIAs are still being held against their will and that every effort be made on an ongoing basis to disinter or otherwise account for missing servicemen.
